Detailing the Smoker's Car

If you smoke, the outside of your car won't show it, however the inside of your car will be a dead giveaway and a little offensive to anyone that doesn't or is allergic to smoke from cigars and cigarettes.

Detailing the inside of your car is easy if you know the basics for getting rid of the smoke smell and which products to use. Lanes has put together an interior detailing kit that will have every item you need to get the interior of your car looking and smelling like new.

First off, use Lane's Concentrated Glass Cleaner to not only cut through the dirt and grime that windows just naturally collect; it will also make removing the yellow nicotine stains from the interior windows of your car a real breeze. Since this window cleaner is concentrated, you can mix it to the strength you need and it dries 100% streak free.

Next, attack your vinyl or leather interior. Nicotine is heavy and it falls and collects on not only the windows of your car but the interior as well whether you smoke with the windows up or down. Using the Interior Shine to get the dust, dirt and nicotine residue off all then interior vinyl and leather in your car.

Your interior carpets and if your car has cloth upholstery will also retain the smell of smoke unless cleaned. Lane's Dry Foam makes that job really easy. Just spray, lightly brush in to soiled spots or areas that are nicotine stained and then rub dry with a towel.

Also included in the kit is a great way to top off the interior detailing of your car, with a freshener that makes your car smell just as great as the day you bought it with that New Car Scent!

Buying Supplies in Bulk

When your car looks good, you look good. For many people, their car is an extension of their office. They pick up clients from the airport, meet and greet other clients and business associates at various restaurants and you need your car to be not only a good reflection on yourself but on your company as well.

Imagine if you showed up to meet a first time client in a car that had chipped up paint, dull, yellowed windows and your car was covered in swirl marks from trunk to hood, the client might have second thoughts about even getting in the car with you much less doing business with your company!

If you want your car to look professionally detailed, use professional products. A can of spray cleaner and a tin of car wax from your local auto parts store is going to make your car look like you did a bargain basement detailing job. Professional quality products are made using high quality chemicals and most are concentrated so you need less and they last longer too since you're buying in bulk. Also, bulk purchases usually come with good discounts.

Stock up on items you use frequently when you detail your car such as car waxes, car compounds such as Super Cut which is fantastic for removing minor surface scratches, swirl marks, oxidation and brightening colors, and another great bulk item is car soap. Consider the items you need to keep the interior of your car looking sharp too.

Make sure your car always looks sharp when you detail and get the best deal on your auto care products by buying in bulk!
