A snowy covered landscape may be a real Kodak moment, however those conditions are no friend to your car's interior or exterior.
When it snows or you have icy conditions, often people drop salt in an effort to melt the snow and discourage the formation of ice. This is great for traction and making a safer driving and walking environment, however it will play havoc with your car both on the inside and out.
A good pair of slush mats in your front and back flooring will keep the mud and slushy ice from staining and ruining the carpets of your car. If you see any spots happen - address them by spot cleaning and then allowing to air dry.
The exterior of your car should be protected through a good waxing. Waxing your car with a good quality wax will help protect your paint job from the damaging effects of salt. Salt is corrosive and repeated exposure to it will eventually wear down your car's finish and allow rust to creep in where there is a scratch. And don't forget your tires. If you've been doing a lot of driving on salt, rinse off your tires in plain water and then dry and apply a good tire dressing. Regular use of tire dressing not only lets your tires look their very best, it will extend the life of many tires.
Don't let the winter snows and ice degrade the finish of your car or wreck your interior or your tires; get the upper hand and use professional quality products to keep your car looking sharp from top to bottom.
